| 01 Self-Awareness ✔ Strong: Specific, honest, first-person — names the actual pattern, not the category. Uses ‘I’ language throughout. ◇ Weak: Deflecting or blaming external factors. Speaking in safe generalities. Third-person language as a way of avoiding personal ownership. |
| 02 Genuine Stakes ✔ Strong: The real cost is named viscerally — specific numbers, specific relationships, specific moments. The stakes are felt, not managed. ◇ Weak: Abstract language. No real pain visible. No specific consequence named. ‘The organisation would not reach its full potential.’ |
| 03 Real Urgency ✔ Strong: A specific triggering event is named. Something happened recently that made staying the same unacceptable. The urgency is lived, not theoretical. ◇ Weak: General readiness language. ‘I feel this is the right time for growth.’ No specific moment. Urgency as a concept. |
