Who Is Dr. Rakesh Chopra?

Dr Rakesh Chopra is a visionary strategist focused to mentor ambitious leaders. He brings more than forty years of experience in the fields of medicine, business management and spirituality to his work while mentoring ambitious leaders.

Why build up stress first and then manage it when it can be eradicated in the first place itself.

This gives him an in-depth understanding of human nature (including relationship compatibility) combined with the ability to visualise innovative strategies that can be applied in your life and business to accelerate growth. People at the senior/top management normally have the ability to manage most of the situations but are stuck in a few. Their friends don’t have the understanding and the relevant wisdom on the subject and they can’t discuss their problems or the visionary projects with their subordinates, so feel lonely at times. Dr Chopra very well fits in this role.

In His Own Words

A Dream

As a child his dream was to become an architect so he selected non-medical subjects in his school but his teachers and parents compelled him to take up medical. After completing his MBBS he wanted to go for Cardiology as his PG subject but luckily didn’t get a seat in that branch. He didn’t feel comfortable pursuing any other branch. While running his clinic cum nursing home at Chandigarh he realised that his life was just becoming mechanical. In his private practice he was only seeing routine patients and not emergencies though he could treat those as well. Every emergency was being referred to the Govt or the Corporate Hospitals because one gone case at the clinic could ruin his practice.

One question was constantly bothering him, “Why was he born and what is the purpose in life?” He asked his question to many priests and saints as well but no answer could satisfy him. He felt he would go mad. So being a doctor he could diagnose his situation and gave himself a second goal to achieve in his life till he got clarity about his first goal. And that was to bring a health revolution in this world as this goal would have kept him busy lifelong and saved him from going to the mental asylum. To work on this goal he needed management skills. While running a nursing home it was not practical to go for an MBA.

Turning Points

He read somewhere that teaching is the best method of learning so he decided to help people learn management. As the first step he prepared on a topic which was delivered to a group of 25 bureaucrats and was very well received. Simple reason – he was well prepared on that subject while others were not. That gave him the confidence to start his journey further to pursue his second goal – to generate a health revolution in the world.

Being from a medical background he felt that he must begin with a subject which could justify his background as a medical professional. He felt why build up stress first and then manage it while it can be eradicated in the first place. That was the beginning of his research and development on Stress Eradication and he started his journey to help the corporate sector learn management from him. Thus from medical he came to health – health of body, health of mind (total management), health of soul (in-depth spirituality), health of business, health of relationships, health of the nation and so on. Thus he became the architect of mind and soul.

Focused Contribution

His research and development has given him an in-depth understanding of human nature (including relationship compatibility) combined with the ability to visualise innovative strategies that can be applied in your life and business to accelerate growth.

He has been delivering mentoring and workshops for over 40 years all over the world. Numerous entrepreneurs and companies have substantially increased their profits through his understanding of the principles of exponential growth and his ability to handle difficult people successfully. During his mentoring sessions people are able to identify their problems and gain clarity about their goals. Being a Visionary Strategist, he helps people define the step by step strategic clarity about expanding into new markets or increase awareness in their current market, reorganise their business model to create a cost-effective and profit focused strategy, increase the capabilities of their team including leadership development and core team compatibility, acquire a new business venture, change their business’s structure and so on.
